SALMON AND WHOLE WHEAT AND MIXED SEEDS CRACKERS

INGREDIENTS:

1/3 cup of smoked salmon

1/3 cup of chopped tomatoes

2 tsp of plain Greek yogurt

1 tbsp of chopped parsley

2 whole wheat mixed seeds crackers

2 fresh lettuce leaves

DIRECTIONS:

Mix the salmon, parsley, tomato, and yogurt and make little balls; on the cracker, add lettuce, salmon balls and decorate with the cherry tomato cut in half. Greek yogurt is a great replacement for mayonnaise, it is very versatile to use in all kinds of recipes, and it is delicious and very high in proteins.ย
