Put down the candy.
All of it. You will splurge on Halloween, you can be sure of that. Give up all processed sugar until Halloween.
Take your gluten consumption to a minimum or take it out completely. You will be less bloated and ready to bare your belly on Halloween.
Do more cardio.
Spend 30-45 minutes 3 times per week doing cardio to help burn off more fat – and keep it off.
Lots of it. Put a reminder on your phone to drink 5 oz of water (that’s only 4 gulps worth!) every single hour when you’re at work!
