Thanksgiving is a time for friends, family, reflection, and yummy food! But, yummy doesn’t mean that it has to be bad for you. Make our Fall Butternut Squash Recipe if you want to whip up something delicious and healthy, without breaking a sweat!
Prep: 20 mins | Cook: 20-30 mins | Yields: 2 Servings
1 butternut squash peeled and chopped into small cubes
1/8th tbs ginger
1tbs brown sugar
2tbs maple syrup
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
- Put all of the ingredients into a casserole dish and drizzle with olive oil.
- Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl
- Bake for 20-30 minutes or until the squash is tender
