1Chop the whole passionfruit in half to use one half in the smoothie base and save one half later for the toppings

2Blend all the smoothie base ingredients in a food processor for 3-4 minutes

3Stir occasionally to scrape off chunks from the sides and ensure that all ingredients are finely blended

4Empty blended smoothie base into a bowl

5Wash and cut the fruit toppings

6Arrange however you want on top of the smoothie base

7Sprinkle the shredded coconut all over generously

8Enjoy with your cup of Teami Skinny!!
