We all know that blueberries are powerful bursts of antioxidants that pack a mean punch of goodness but did you know that cranberries are packed in vitamin C, fiber and are only 45 calories per cup!
One cup of whole cranberries supplies a total of 8,983 in antioxidant capacity.
Only blueberries can top that!
We know cranberry sauce as a staple during the holidays, but cranberries are a superfood that you should enjoy all year round.
Be creative and incorporate cranberries into your diet for a tangy, sweet pop of flavor!
